Laketran will be doing a planned server upgrade on Sunday, September 13, from approximately 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

During this time Request-a-Ride will be unavailable and Customer Service will not be able to take Dial-a-Ride reservations over the phone.

If you need to schedule a Dial-a-Ride trip for Monday, September 14, please be sure to do so in advance between now and Saturday, September 12.

Cancellations can be communicated by calling the Cancellation Line at 440-350-1099.
